Stepping out of the fog for a minute (see last month’s newsletter), I checked the atmosphere inside The Sphere, in Las Vegas with The Future of Storytelling Explorers, a group that I joined a few years ago to visit sites of storytelling using the latest technology by master storytellers. Founded by Charlie Melcher, the group has seen everything from Punchdrunk’s Burnt City in London to the Delusion Show in Los Angeles. As an investigator of storytelling at my university, I am always delighted and surprised by Charlie’s adventures. The Sphere was no exception…
